In December, 2016, I held a Maths Clinic Program for children in grades 4-6.
It was there, I discovered the extent of the problems most children have in Mathematics
.
- Many of them are having
issues with basic
Mathematics operations
- Multiplication Tables
- When to Multiply
- When to divide etc.
- Many of them do not know
the rules guiding
Mathematical operations
- When a particular sign
(minus or plus) crosses
equality sign, what
happens?
- When a square crosses
equality sign, what
happens? Etc.
- Many of them forget easily.
- And of course many of them
are too lazy to practice Maths
everyday

Many parents are aware of these
problems; I guess that is why they engage home lesson teachers to coach the children.

Unfortunately, many home lesson
teachers are not well equipped
with the skills it takes to deliver
Maths Knowledge to children at
this level.
This is why I made up mind to go back to the board and take children directly by myself.
I know that, if we can give them solid foundation in Mathematics at this level, they can always build on it by themselves.
Our Aim is to break down the “Maths Wall” that holds so many Students back from achieving the success they deserve.
